How to Register
The below guides provide you with step-by-step instructions for using our scheduling software to register and pay for classes and programs.
Once you are in our scheduling system, here’s how you actually register and pay for classes and programs:
- CLICK the category to view our offerings. To collapse that category and view another category, CLICK it again.
- CLICK on the class/program you want to register for.
- A calendar will appear. You may need to scroll up to view it.
- If registering for an on-demand class: CLICK on today’s date and CLICK on the next available time.
- If registering for a single date of a weekly class or special program: CLICK the date for which you wish to register.
- If registering for several dates of a weekly class or special program: CLICK on one date, CLICK “Add time” from the menu that appears, and then CLICK another date. If there is no menu, be sure to double-click the date.
- Once finished selecting dates, CLICK “Continue” from the menu that appears. If there is no menu, be sure to double-click on the date and time.
- You will then be taken to a new page to provide your contact information and pay for the class(es)/program.
- If you received a coupon code from us or are eligible for a member or early registration discount for a special program (codes are found in the program’s description), CLICK “Redeem Coupon,” type in the code, and CLICK “Apply” to have discount applied. Then, CLICK “Complete Payment.”
- When you have completed Step 5, you will then be given the option to “Schedule another Appointment.” CLICK this box if you wish to register for a different class and/or special program.
Note that you can register and pay for multiple dates of the same class at once (see Step 3), but if you wish to register and pay for several different classes/programs (ex: Chair Yoga, Pilates, Somatic Yoga and an on-demand class), you will need to repeat this process for each class/program.
- From a personal computer: start to play the video, then move your cursor/mouse over the video and click the icon of the four corners of a square in the lower right corner. To exit full screen mode, click ESC on your keyboard.
- From a smart phone: Videos usually go into full screen once you play it. To exit full screen mode, tap the video and click on the X.
How to Use Zoom
We are using Zoom to offer our live online classes and special programs. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, we encourage you to read or view the following guides.
- Upon registering and paying for a class or special program, you will receive an email with the link, meeting ID, and password to join the class or special program as well as information about Zoom. You will also receive a reminder email with the link, meeting ID, and password 1 hour before the class or special program begins.
- Though not required, we recommend signing up for and downloading Zoom.
- On a computer, go to Zoom.us
- On a smart phone or tablet, search for Zoom Cloud Meetings in the app store.
- A few minutes before the class or special program is scheduled to begin, click the link emailed to you when you registered. You can also go to Zoom.us or open the Zoom app, select “Join a Meeting” and enter the meeting ID and password provided in your registration email.
The following video demonstrates how to join a class or program via Zoom. To view the video in full screen mode:
