Gather together via zoom to deeply connect with one another and the energy of the moon. Each circle will include learning about the energy of the moon phase and how to connect with and harness that energy for clearing stagnation, setting intention, and see more clearly the path before us. Martha will share from her personal practice some deeply healing rituals as well as guide the group in how to establish their own deeper connection with the moon to step into a deeper sense of fulfillment no matter what is going on.

Somatic Yoga Happy Hour

Release chronic pain with Somatic Yoga! This month’s class will focus on increasing your range of motion in your joints through somatic movements.

Improve posture, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Safe, easy, natural movements bringing relief and ease for every part of your body.

Integrating the Old with the New for Pain Management

Explore how the brain responds to acute and chronic pain. We will look at factors that influence the pain response and then will explore practices that can help people manage the pain response. The program will include lecture and discussion along with practicing yoga postures, breath, and meditation that can help manage pain.

Tapping Yoga

Come and explore the benefits of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) with a relaxation yoga class. Together we will explore the meridians of the body and tap away stress and tension! Research demonstrates the benefits to utilizing tapping for many current presenting issues such as emotional eating, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, phobias/fears, and so much more.
